COMMUNICATION
How to reach me.
At the beginning of our collaboration, I ask that you contact me only via email or text. It can be difficult to review all forms of communication, and I want to ensure I can respond to you as quickly as possible.
I respond to emails within 24-48 hours. For urgent questions, last-minute session requests, or if you're running late for a session, email is recommended. Please always text me when you arrive for your session.
I am available by phone between sessions if necessary for support. Calls lasting longer than 20 minutes are treated as consultations and require financial compensation. You will never be charged for a call without your knowledge.
PAYMENT
Invest in your empowerment.
Payment is required in full to secure your spot before the start of a session. All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.
CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING
We honor our time together.
The cancellation policy is 100% of the appointment fee. Please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment. In emergency cases, if this occurs, please text immediately to schedule a phone connection to discuss next steps.
