COMMUNICATION

This is how you can reach me.

As we begin our collaboration, I ask that you contact me via email or text only. It can be difficult to screen all forms of communication and I want to make sure I can respond to them as quickly as possible.

I respond to emails within 24-48 hours. For burning questions, last minute session requests, or if you are running late for a session, email is recommended. Please always text me when you have arrived for your session.

I am available by phone between sessions if needed for support. Calls lasting longer than 20 minutes are treated as consultations and require financial compensation. You will never be charged for a call without your knowledge.

PAYMENT

Invest in your empowerment.

Payment is required in full to secure your place prior to the start of a session. All payments once made are non-refundable or transferable.

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING

We honor our time together.

Cancellation policy is 100% of appointment cost. Please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment. In emergency cases, if this is the case, please text immediately to schedule a time to connect by phone to discuss next steps.
